With lounge-style seating, warm décor, and a beautiful fireplace, this space offers a relaxed yet refined setting to enjoy a glass of wine, great conversation, or a private event. Conveniently located next to the The Betsy’s main bar, it allows easy access to world-class wines while maintaining an exclusive, intimate feel. Whether you're hosting a casual meet-up, a networking event, or a private celebration, The Liberty Lounge provides the perfect ambiance for up to 20 guests.

The Founders Room

Our main event space, The Founders Room, blends historic charm with modern elegance, offering a warm yet spacious setting for your gathering. Featuring rich wood accents, industrial-style tables, and an inviting atmosphere, this space can comfortably seat up to 50 guests, making it ideal for corporate meetings, private dinners, celebrations, weddings, and more. Its flexible layout allows for catering setups, customized seating arrangements, and a seamless flow of conversation and connection. As the heart of The Betsy’s event experience, The Founders Room offers a one-of-a-kind setting that makes any occasion feel special.

Can I bring in outside food and catering?

Yes! You are welcome to bring in outside food and catering for your event at The Betsy. We also have a list of recommended local vendors who specialize in everything from light bites and appetizers to full-course meals and desserts. If you need guidance, we’re happy to help connect you with a caterer that fits your event style.

What wine and beverage options are available?

We offer curated wine packages tailored to fit your event’s needs, along with a selection of beer. Our team will work with you to select and order wines, ensuring they are ready for your event, and we provide a dedicated service team to assist with pouring and serving your guests.

Can I bring my own beer or wine?

Outside beer and wine are not permitted. As part of our event packages, we work with you to curate a selection of beer and wine that aligns with your event and preferences. Speak with our team to explore your options.

Is hard liquor allowed at The Betsy?

No, The Betsy is only licensed to serve beer and wine.

Can I bring my own décor?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring in your own décor to personalize your event. However, open flames and anything that requires tacking or drilling into the walls are not permitted. Our team is happy to work with you to ensure your décor enhances your event while preserving The Betsy's elegant space.

Is there parking available for my guests?

Yes! Parking is available out front and on adjacent streets, and parking throughout Prescott is free for your guests’ convenience.

Do you provide AV equipment for presentations or speeches

At this time, we do not provide AV equipment, so we recommend bringing in any necessary sound or presentation equipment for your event.

What furniture is included with the rental?

All tables, chairs, and décor options available at The Betsy are included in your rental and can be used to enhance your event experience. You are also welcome to bring in outside furniture and décor if desired.

Can I bring my own music or live entertainment?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own music, DJ, or live entertainment to create the perfect atmosphere for your event. The Betsy also has a surround sound music system where we can stream a curated music station if preferred.
